Episode 30: Tom Daniels & I talk about Running, Change Management, and Creating the Leaders of Today
Tom Daniels and I first connected on Twitter as part of the #HRCommunity tag. Tom’s an active contributor to the HR community and a great person to be connected with. He’s always contributing, sharing, and motivating those in the HR space. After 2 years of online chatting, I’m extremely excited to sit down with Tom and dig into his expertise in Change Management and the coaching of today’s leaders. We open the show by talking about running and the positive impact it has on both our business and personal lives.
