4/27/2022

We are so excited to welcome our producer Laura Hundley from behind the screen to on the mic for this episode. We talked about how All About HR came to be and debut a new segment we have been talking about for quite some time “The HR Feed”. The HR Feed is a roll-up of funny, informative, smart, or interesting HR/workforce related posts we have found on social media or online over the past weeks. We also dive into the importance of onboarding / collecting employee feedback early in the employees' journey with your organization. The show wraps up with some best practices regarding data collection from your employee population. Enjoy!
